Type 8

Like all models, the Ressence TYPE 8 is based on an ultra-light titanium structure and the characteristic curved glass. However, this collection goes one step further and focuses purely on the essential components of a high-quality timepiece: the dial only shows the hours and minutes to emphasize the true aesthetics of time display. The hours are shown in a separate small hour display in the lower left-hand area of the dial and the minutes are displayed using classic indices on the edge of the dial. This creates a generous open area that is filled with color and texture. Sage green, cobalt blue or an elaborate appliqué with a deep blue silk thread give these Ressence watches the spark of extravagance that makes them so popular with collectors. Thanks to the concealed lugs, the case appears to sit directly on the wearer's wrist without being held in place by the leather strap. 

The models are equipped with the patented Ressence Orbital Convex System (ROCS 8). This is driven by the minute axis of a custom-made and reinforced base caliber and boasts an impressive power reserve of 36 hours. The TYPE 8 from Ressence also stips away the crown. Instead, the mechanical movement is wound via the rotating titanium case back. 

The TYPE 8 collection is available in a sleek color palette. Blue and green-grey tones on the dial are complemented by minimalist leather straps in complementary shades. The straps are available in smooth leather, fine suede and optionally with a diamond-shaped embossing.
