The name Ballon Bleu refers to the shape of the watch, which appears almost weightless on the wrist—like a floating balloon. The domed case harmonizes with the curved sapphire crystal and guilloché dial. Blue sword hands and a combination of polished and satin-finished surfaces on the bracelet underscore the refined and exciting aesthetic. Roman numerals encircle the dial, with the III deflected from its path and shifted inward under the influence of the round winding crown in deep blue.
