Quai des Bergues

The overall design is based on the traditional look of a pocket watch and can be classified as an elegant dress watch. The highly polished case houses a generous dial and is available in two sizes, 42 millimeters and 38 millimeters. The shiny case is interrupted on the sides by satin-finished flanks that merge into classic horn-shaped lugs. The dials of these models vary, but all are particularly delicate in design. Handcrafted enamel surfaces and intricate guilloché patterns testify to the impressive craftsmanship that has gone into the design of the Quai des Bergues watch by Czapek & Cie. Another special highlight are the hands, whose tips are shaped like angular spearheads or delicate fleur-de-lis. 

Inside the Czapek & Cie. Quai des Bergues models is the SXH1 caliber, a mechanical movement with an impressive power reserve of 168 hours (7 days). This is made possible by two barrels that work in perfect harmony. The watch is also water-resistant to 50 meters, and the glass case back reveals refinements such as the blued screws. 

In keeping with the timeless aesthetics of the collection, the colors are rather classic. Dark blue tones, white enamel, green, or brown are timeless and perfectly highlight the fine details on the dial. The case is available in rose gold or stainless steel and, together with the embossed leather strap in blue, brown, or black, embodies the understated elegance typical of the Czapek & Cie brand.
