The open construction made of stainless steel and brass with a palladium-plated surface gives the L'Epée 1839 Time Flies table clock an elegant aesthetic that offers just enough structure. The freely rotating propeller blade on the front is particularly eye-catching, allowing for playful interaction with the L'Epée 1839 Time Flies. The rotating motor cooler behind it houses a functional component: turning it counterclockwise winds the L'Epée clock. Turning it clockwise, on the other hand, allows you to set the time.
Technically, the L'Epée Time Flies impresses with an in-house movement that offers a power reserve of eight days. It is designed so that the escapement that sets the pace can be seen in the cockpit. The hours and minutes are displayed on two large stainless steel discs with black PVD coating and stamped numerals, which are positioned behind the propeller to ensure clear readability. An optional stand allows the L'Epée 1839 Time Flies to be presented in a take-off position, further emphasizing its dynamic character and making it a real eye-catcher.
